I was involved in setting up and configuring the training environment for train dispatchers, inspectors, locomotive engineers, assistants, and other railway operation professionals. I participated in simulations and real tests of the SIACO technology project, focusing on operational safety. During these events, I provided support to the management and equipment configuration.
I actively participated in the commissioning of sections for the implementation of railway technologies, including track, signaling, power, electro-electronics, onboard systems, and workshops. My role encompassed fleet management, logistics, operators, drivers, materials, safety, environmental considerations, communication, and operations. I was responsible for the entire fleet and implementation logistics, as well as supporting other areas with human resources, materials, and equipment, particularly in the company's SOS department.
